Designing from scratch the structures that make ambition last. The focus is on capturing the precise moment each person is ready to bloom — and building the systems that turn that moment into sustained growth. As a core team member of Japan's largest women's entrepreneurship program (APT Women, commissioned by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government), she has led everything from program design to operations. With InnovateHer Tokyo, she built an international ecosystem from the ground up. Her specialty lies in designing and executing programs within complex stakeholder environments where government, large corporations, academia, and investors intersect. Her career began at Oriental Land, where she worked in talent development and operations, including the opening project of Tokyo DisneySea. She went on to work in business management at CCC and asset consulting at Nomura Securities — each role deepening her understanding of how people and organizations change. She later co-founded and operated Yurakucho SAAI, an incubation facility, where she led startup support, new business development, and community management. This career spanning organizations with vastly different cultures and logics forms the foundation of her approach to program design — one built on the ability to move diverse stakeholders toward a shared vision. Japan Representative, Prospera Women. Outside Director, All Bridge Inc. MBA, Globis University Graduate School of Management. Entrepreneurship Ambassador, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
